Public Notice - Proposal to Surplus Land

The Corporation of Loyalist Township proposes to surplus and sell a portion of land owned by Loyalist Township at the northwest corner of Loyalist Boulevard and Country Club.

Council for Loyalist Township has scheduled a Hybrid Meeting on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at 6 p.m. or shortly thereafter to consider a resolution to declare the land as surplus and a proposed by-law to permit the sale and transfer of the land. Participants can attend the Council Chambers in person at 263 Main Street, Odessa or via the Zoom platform. The Zoom link can be found on the Council Agenda prior to the meeting.
