There's a lot to see and do in Loyalist! If you're looking for some local arts and crafts or perhaps soaking up some local traditions and culture, we are spoilt for choice.
Amherst Island
- Topsy Farms – Canadian wool blankets and wool products at a farm of happy sheep.
- Weasel and Easel – a place for Amherst Island artists and artisans to exhibit and sell their work.
- Waterside Summer Series Music Festival – primarily classical music concerts with outstanding international musicians
- Emerald Music Festival – Wide range of music including Country, Celtic, Bluegrass and Rock & Roll.
Amherstview
- Fairfield House – built in 1784, this farmhouse and contents is one of Eastern Ontario's best preserved 18th century homes. Open to the public in summer and located in a beautiful waterfront park.
Bath
- Bath Sunday Market – Centennial Park during the summer.
- Bath Artisans – a group of artisans who exhibit and sell their work.
- Fairfield-Gutzeit House – built in 1796, the house and contents was recently transferred to Loyalist Township and runs summer tours.
- Lakeside Studio - a fresh take on the studio and gallery experience, specializing in emerging and established artists in the Bath community and nearby in Kingston.
Odessa
- Odessa Agricultural Fair – holds a variety of events and shows annually at the Odessa Fairgrounds, including car shows, antique fairs, dances and of course an agricultural fair.
- Babcock Mill - built in 1856, this historic mill set into a riverside park is a haven from the hustle and bustle.
Wilton
- Wilton Cheese Factory – has been operating since 1867, a family run cheesemaker that offers quality artisanal products.
