Community Grant Committee
Mandate
The mandate of the Community Grant Committee is to support Council by evaluating applications received in accordance with the Community Grant Policy and to provide recommendations to Council for approval of grants.
The Committee will review and evaluate applications received under the Community Grant Policy; consult with municipal departments on those applications that may have a direct or indirect impact on municipal services and/or budgets; and make recommendations to Council for approving grants.

Membership
The Committee is composed of:
- Three (3) Council representatives (one from each Ward); and
- Six (6) public members (two from each Ward)

Meetings
The Community Grant Committee meetings will be held once a month. The meeting, agenda and minutes will be available on the CivicWeb Portal. Members of the public may participate electronically as requested, in accordance with the Procedural By-Law.
