Noise is regulated in Loyalist Township by the Township's Noise By-law. The by-law includes both general restrictions on specific types of noise as well as time-based restrictions for certain activities.
Below you will find information of certain activities which have received an exemption from the Noise By-Law, the address, date of approval, and other general information.
Noise Exemptions
- Thursday, August 7, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- Friday, August 8, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- Saturday, August 9, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Voodoo Rockfest will take place at 795 Wing Road in Odessa. The exemption permits the operation of any electronic device or group of connected electronic devices incorporating one or more loudspeakers or other electro mechanical transducers, and intended for the production, reproduction or amplification of sound.
