If you are looking for meeting space in Loyalist Township, we may be able to “meet” your needs!

Booking a meeting room

Please complete the Facility Rental Request Form if you are interested in booking a facility. For more information and facility availability, please contact Recreation & Facilities or call 613-386-7351.

Include your total time

When booking a meeting space, please note that you must include the total time that is needed, including setting up, decorating, and cleaning up after your rental.

Available meeting rooms

W J Henderson Community Rooms (coming September 2025)

Located at the W.J. Henderson Recreation Centre, the new community rooms will be available to host smaller gatherings such as children's birthday parties, team meetings and tournament administration.

Amenities: sink, microwave, tables, chairs

Rental fees

All meeting room bookings are subject to insurance rates, which vary by age, group size and activity.

Current rental fees can be found in Schedule F (Recreation Services Division) of the Miscellaneous Fees and Charges Amended By-law 2022-06 as amended.
