Application and payment

Each permit page, linked above, has downloadable application forms. If you need a hard copy of an application form, please visit the Manitou Office in Amherstview at 18 Manitou Crescent West, or call 613-386-7351 x 170.

Payment can be made by debit or cheque only at the Manitou Office. Application fees are due at the time of submitting an application form.
